Introduce the next phase of TrainTastic's digital signage build: a large-format video wall originally scoped around a 7 ft × 10 ft footprint, built from 9 individual displays working together as one seamless canvas, extending the same DSMS content platform already running on the existing signage screen.
55" tiles (3 wide × 3 high, 9 panels) are the recommended build — lower cost, wider/shorter wall. A 65" alternative (2 wide × 3 high, 6 panels) gets closer to the original 7×10 target with fewer seams and a quick-release mount, at a higher price point — happy to price out both.

The wall is driven by a single video wall controller that takes one large signal and splits it automatically across all 9 displays — DSMS designs one layout, not nine separate ones. A dedicated player runs the DSMS signage system full-screen at the wall's full resolution, loading content the same way the existing display does today, just at a much larger scale.
Real, sourceable products at this tier — final model confirmed after a site survey, but this is the class of hardware being priced.
Two ways to build this. Budgetary planning numbers — hardware and installation only, confirmed with a firm vendor quote once the site is surveyed.

On top of either build, the wall runs on the same standard terms as the main display: $40/mo or $400/yr platform & hosting, a $250 one-time setup fee, and a $250/yr software patching fee — the whole wall counts as one connected player.
Meredith has a clear picture of what the video wall build involves, agreement to move forward with engineering and site planning, and a follow-up plan for installation coordination agreed before the meeting ends.
